In this project my friends and I developed a system which could be used to report faulty computers in the computer labs at St. Martins Institute of I.T. Once the appliation starts the user must select the lab which the faulty pc is situated. After that, the faulty PC number must be chosen from the layout presented on screen. Once selected the user can enter his name together with a description of the problem of the faulty PC. Once the user presses send, an email is sent to the Institutes I.T. Administrator. My role in this project was as the main developer and also the graphic designer.
